1500 MHz 100W jamming module (GaN)

Professional 100W jamming module based on GaN (gallium nitride) technology, designed to operate in the 1500–1620 MHz frequency range. Used in electronic warfare (EW) systems, UAV countermeasures, and critical infrastructure protection solutions.

During operation, the module creates interference in the 1500–1620 MHz range, which can cause UAVs using the corresponding frequencies to lose communication with the operator and the ability to control. The module is equipped with an N-type connector, a built-in circulator, and is designed to operate in a wide temperature range.
