These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the «Terms») govern the relationship between LLC "STECH UKRAINE" (hereinafter referred to as the «Seller», «Company») and the user of the online store stech.army (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") regarding the purchase of goods.

Placing an order on the Site signifies the Buyer's full and unconditional agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
3.1. All prices on the Site are indicated in hryvnias (₴) and include all mandatory taxes, unless otherwise stated.
3.2. The Seller has the right to change the prices and assortment of the Goods at any time. The price of the Goods is fixed at the time of placing the Order.
3.3. Images, descriptions and characteristics of the Goods are for informational purposes only; there may be minor differences between the actual Goods and the images.
3.4. The availability of the Product is displayed on the Site and may change.
4.1. The Buyer places an Order through the Site interface, indicating correct contact information and delivery details.
4.2. Payment is made by the methods available on the Site: bank cards, via Apple Pay / Google Pay services, bank transfer, cash on delivery and other available methods.
4.3. The order is considered confirmed after successful payment (for prepaid methods) or after confirmation by the Seller (for cash on delivery).
5.1. Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta service (branch, post office, address delivery) and other available methods.
5.2. Delivery times and costs depend on the selected method, location and carrier conditions and are communicated when placing the Order.
5.3. The risk of accidental destruction or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Goods are transferred to the carrier/received by the Buyer in accordance with applicable law.
6.1. Certain Goods may have a specialized purpose and be subject to restrictions on sale, purchase or use in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that he has legal grounds to purchase and use such Goods and is fully responsible for compliance with applicable law.
6.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the Order or request additional verification of the Buyer (in particular for wholesale / B2B orders) without giving reasons.
7.1. Return and exchange of Goods of proper and improper quality is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
7.2. Certain categories of technical and specialized Goods may not be subject to return/exchange, if required by law. Please clarify the details before placing an Order.

8.1. Warranty obligations (if any) are determined by the manufacturer's terms and conditions and the accompanying documentation for the Product.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the Goods by the Buyer, as well as for losses arising from the Buyer's violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
All materials on the Site (texts, images, logos, design) are objects of intellectual property rights and cannot be used without the written permission of the Company.
The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances of force majeure, in particular military actions, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
11.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
